I started giving Bark Botanica’s bone broth to my 14 months old Cavoodle, 4 weeks ago. I am really happy with the product and Rio loves it too. Very easy to make and quickly dissolves in hot water. Since he has been on this product, Rio has more energy, and his morning toilet routine has significantly improved.

Roxy our 10 year old shepherd mix can be quite fussy with anything new added to her food, however she absolutely loves this product. She is moving much better and is a lot more comfortable while getting up, she has started coming up on the couch too, something that she was reluctant to do earlier because of her arthritis. We are on our second pouch now and will be sticking with this since Roxy has adjusted really well to this mix.

We recently tried the bone broth for my two Aussie Shepherds. It was easy to make - just mix with hot water - felt really rich to the touch, and Finn and Freya loved the flavour. Convenient to have on hand if I run out of homemade bone broth, and great to take travelling too! Excellent customer service and online ordering was a breeze. Will be adding this to our regular shopping list for the dogs.

At 10 yrs and 12 1/2 years both the dogs are now classed as seniors but we don’t tell them that as I think they’d strongly disagree! They’ve been raised on a raw food diet including broths so their nutrition has always been really important to us.
Recently the 12 1/2 yr old has had major surgeries so restoring his gut was high priority. I wanted a supplement that was more than just the probiotics - so many options out there now that just reading through the ingredients lists is a major expedition! Finding Bark Botanica was a relief - as soon as I read the herb list I knew it was just what I was searching for. The bone broth is a bonus, plus it gives me a break from making it myself.

Both dogs are on both products as the border collie was having a few skin flares so thought she’d benefit from the gut powder too. Her skin responded really quickly and she’s now clear. As for my boy, well he’s so much better and it’s still a bit of a journey but we’ll get there too. The drugs etc really do mess with their systems and I hate to think what he’d be like if he was on conventional food etc.
